CANDIDATES COOPER AND MCCRORY: BREAK YOUR SILENCE ON TORTURE!
Join us Wednesday, March 9 at two vigils and a press conference in Raleigh, calling on the likely Democratic and Republican candidates for Governor to investigate NC’s torture taxi program, demand accountability, and provide redress to those harmed.

We urge candidates McCrory and Cooper to:
Call upon the Senate Intelligence Committee, chaired by Sen. Richard Burr (R-NC), to release the complete Senate torture report to shed light on North Carolina’s involvement in rendition and torture of U.S. detainees.
Seek an investigation of Aero Contractors and other NC-based extraordinary rendition infrastructure, calling on federal and county agencies to assist.
